kori422@snu.ac.kr
Yeri is a master’s student at the SNU Organizational Psychology Lab. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Seoul National University. Currently, she is interested in older workers’ “self-concepts” as a potential breakthrough. By employing diverse research methodologies, Yeri hopes to contribute to creating workplaces where no older worker has to endure negative experiences simply due to their age.
Seung Joo, a post-master's researcher at the SNU OP Lab, earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Sogang University and a master's degree from the SNU OP Lab. His research focuses on the intersection of gender and artificial intelligence within organizations, exploring questions such as: (1) When and why do people "gender" others in professional environments, and what are the consequences of such stereotypes? (2) What are the psychological characteristics of Large Language Models (LLMs), and how can organizations utilize LLMs in human-centric ways? To resolve these questions, he uses a unique blend of unstructured data analysis (text, image, audio) and traditional methodologies. Seung Joo's ultimate goal is to advance research that fosters workplace inclusion and human-centric technological integration.
